Payment Confirmation

When you reserve a tour or service with Dream Land Adventure Tourism LLC-FZ, we ensure your payment is processed securely. We accept MasterCard and Visa without any processing fees. Your full payment is necessary at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The payment will appear as Dream Land Adventure Tourism LLC-FZ on your card statement.

Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you via email within 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Please note, service charges & taxes are non-refundable.

Once a tour or service has commenced, or in relation to any package, accommodation, meals, or other services used, refunds cannot be provided.

All refunds will proceed through the original mode of payment.

For certain time-sensitive tickets or events, such as coupons, attractions, or accommodations with a no-refund policy, purchases are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellation Policy for Non-Group Bookings

Cancellations incur a 10% fee. Additional supplier-specific fees may apply (details provided on your Dream Land Adventure Tourism LLC-FZ voucher). Email notification will specify any cancellation fees.

  • Event, attraction, or coupon tickets are non-refundable.
  • Hotel or accommodation cancellations may be non-refundable depending on the specific booking policy stated on your voucher.
  • No cancellation fee if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure.
  • A 50% cancellation fee applies if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled departure.
  • A 100% cancellation fee applies if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled departure.
  • Refunds are processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the transaction.

Group Bookings (4 or more passengers)

  • A 50% cancellation fee is charged for cancellations made 7 days prior to the tour departure.
  • A 100% cancellation fee is charged for cancellations made 5 days or less before the tour departure.
  • Refunds are processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the transaction.
